Stephen Toye, B.Comm., R.P.A., Agent
Steve has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. He has worked both as a manager and as an agent and is therefore well acquainted with the needs and requirements of both parties in a real estate transaction. He has completed many significant transactions with such notable organizations as Canada Post, C.I.B.C., Public Works Canada, Dylex, Lockheed Canada, The Calgary Herald, Warners Canada, Winterco, Therman Canada, Spar Aerospace, Future Shop, and many others.
He now specializes in our syndications and oversees all new client transactions.
William (Bill) Brown, Agent
Bill has worked in the industrial sector in Calgary for almost 30 years. His vast market knowledge and experience has enabled Bill to successfully represent numerous clients in achieving their commercial real estate goals. Bill specializes in industrial investment and owner user transactions.
Dan Luijkx, Agent
Dan has been working in the commercial real estate market for the last nine years on sales and leasing in the industrial and suburban markets. Dan has been successful in many aspects of the market including representing Tenants, Landlords, Purchasers and Vendors, creating inventive solutions in meeting his clients needs. Bruce Hubbard, Agent
Bruce focuses on satisfying client needs for strategic asset acquisitions, sales and leasing within the industrial and suburban Calgary market and including secondary markets of rural and southern Alberta. Client transactions include Con Agra Foods, Canada Malt, Western Feedlots, Wireline Works, The Cochrane Group and numerous others.
Bruce's specialty is searching for purchase opportunities and driving the redevelopment of mature convential real estate to new modern facilities.
Dean (Dino) Truant, B.Sc., M.B.A., Broker
Dino is an industrial/suburban specialist with over 1000 transactions to his credit since 1993. He has worked both as Landlord's Representative and as a National Tenant Representative. He is an experienced industrial developer, re-developer, and trouble shooter.
He draws on his experience as a landlord to assist his clients in negotiating the legal minefields of commercial real estate.
